Flat Rate packages are shipped through the shipping method of our choice based on our lowest cost. Most packages under 1 lbs. are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail Envelope. Most packages between 1 and 15lbs. as well as 15lbs.+ shipments to P.O. Boxes will ship via FedEx SmartPost. Most packages over 15lbs. will be shipped via FedEx Ground.

Price Protection

We offer a 7 day price protection guarantee.  If a product goes on sale or is lowered within 7 days of the purchase date, we offer to refund the difference between the purchase price and the new refunded price. If the sale price includes additional costs that weren’t in the original cost, such as free shipping, these costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Amazon Pay
Amazon members can pay using their Amazon Accounts.

Money Order or Check:
If you do not want to pay by credit or debit card or your Amazon account, we do accept payments by money order or check.
To pay by money order or check, first please contact us by phone or email. After confirming your order with us, please mail in your check or money order along with your order detail, address, phone number and email address.

Tucson In-Store Customers:
If you are in the area, stop on by! All items on our website are in stock and available to browse and purchase.
We accept cash, credit cards and local checks with ID.
Tucson customers can also place orders in advance for pickup by selecting “Local Pickup” as your shipping method.

Debit / Check Card Users:
Please be advised that banks do NOT treat debit or checking cards like a credit card; they can put two “holds” on your funds. First, your funds are held for verification purposes each time you place an order. They are held a second time when we process your sale. Please understand that there is nothing that we can do on our end to resolve this. These holds are internal banking functions of the bank that handles your card account. Additionally, be aware that a pre-authorization is NOT a charge; it only checks your account for available funds, holds those funds, and checks the address information you provided against the card company’s records. The hold on your funds will eventually drop off the account after a short time-frame (sometimes up to 10 days) that is determined by your banks policies. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this banking procedure may cause you.
We verify all billing addresses with Credit cards, and if the address you enter does not match the Credit card record, we will contact you.
*All Arizona residents will be charged 8.7% sales tax.

Information on Back-Orders

At the CampfireCycling.com we do the best to keep all of our inventory in stock. However, we do experience some shortages on products due to high demand or supply issues. Most items that are out-of-stock at any given time are en-route to us and will be available shortly. For items that will be arriving shortly, we mark their availability as “shipping in 1-2 weeks“.

For items that will be taking somewhat longer to arrive, we do our best to put in an expected date in which we will be able to ship the item out. Our estimated ship dates are generally accurate, however the back-ordered status of the item may be due to a variety of supply issues that may cause further delays and we cannot guarantee these shipping dates.

We welcome orders for back-ordered items. For orders with some of the items on back-order, we hold the entire order to ship until all items have arrived. For larger orders with only small parts or items on back-order, we will generally go ahead and ship everything that we have in stock right away and ship additional items as soon as they come in. There are never any additional shipping charges for back-ordered items. If you do have a partially back-ordered order where you need the non-back-ordered items right away, please let us know.

Please Note:

  1. All back-orders will be shipped using the shipping method of our choosing, generally FedEx Ground or USPS. If you place an order with some form of expedited shipping, the available items will ship with the selected shipping and the back-ordered items will ship with the method of our choosing. If you would like the back-ordered items to ship with expedited shipping, additional shipping charges are required.
  2. For U.S. orders outside of the lower 48 and international orders with items on back, your order will not ship until all items are in stock.
  3. Due to the complexity of keeping up with the inventory levels of a large variety of products, on occasion an item that shows as being available will actually be unavailable. If this occurs, we will contact you right away to let you know and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

I forgot my login name or password, how can I find out what it is?
Your login name is under the email address you used when you setup your account. If you forget your login name, try out your email addresses. If this still doesn’t work, you may have misspelled your email address. Give us a call at 800-717-2596 and we’ll look up your account under your name.

If you lose your login, go to the login and click on “Password Forgotten”. Fill in your email address and you password will instantly be emailed to you.

What’s my tracking number?
Our shipments go out via FedEx and USPS. When creating your shipment, we authorize FedEx or USPS to send email notifications to your email address. When your order is picked up by USPS or FedEx and scanned in, an email with your packages tracking information will be sent to you sometime that evening. If you do not receive an email, it will generally be because the email was sent to your spam folder. Additionally, if you are not receiving emails from us you may want to double check that your email address is correct in our system by attempting to login. If you still cannot find your tracking information email us or give us a call at 800-717-2596.

Why do I have to login to checkout?
The login process allows you to save all of your shipping and billing information (not credit card info). If you have made an order before on our website, you will be able to reuse your shipping and billing information.

Can I change or cancel an order after it’s been submitted?
We do our best to process and ship your order the same day that we receive it. This can sometimes mean that your order is being shipped out within an hour of having received it. That being said, if you need to change, add to or cancel an order, we’ll do the best we can to make any necessary changes before it ships.

How is my account information used?
We do not save any of your credit card information. The credit card information is passed securely through our website to our payment processor, Authorize.net. Additionally, we do not sell or use your mailing, shipping or email addresses. When you setup your account, you will receive 1 email confirmation of the account. When you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation of the order and an update when it ships. You will receive no other email from us unless you sign up for our occasional newsletter.

How can I check on the status of my order?
To check on the status of your order, please login to your account. Click on “View the Orders I Have Made”. Your account status will show as pending, processing or back-ordered.

Pending orders are orders in our system that have not yet been processed by our shipping department. Processing orders are orders in our system

Processing orders are orders in our system that we have prepared for shipping. If your order says processing you should either have had a tracking number or will have a tracking number soon (Occasionally packages shipped via USPS will not have a tracking number. This occurs when the USPS does not recognize your mailing address, though your order is still shipping) Processing is the final status that your order will show in our system.

Back-ordered orders are orders in our system where some or part of the items are not available to ship. Back-ordered orders will include an indication as to what part of the order, in any, is shipping and an estimate as to when the remainder can ship.

How do I know what the availability of an item is?
The availability of each item is shown in a box next to the price of the items. Items that are on back-order will show a 0. For items with options, to check on their availability, you will need to click on the select options tab. The availability of the various sizes, colors, etc of the product appears in the option drop-down next to the products. For items with multiple options, the availability of the main product will appear in the box next to the price. The availability of the options will appear in each of the drop-down options.

How do I know that my transaction is secure?
When you check out through our website, all of your ordering information is secure, using Authorize.net and SSL Encrypted Technology. You can see this by checking the security information in your browser.  Let us know if you have any questions regarding the security of your information.
